Processing Time

Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

Shipping Rates:
We strive to deliver products purchased from Miniklub in excellent condition and in the fastest time possible. For all the purchases of INR 500* or more, we will deliver the order to your doorstep free of cost. A shipping charge of INR 99 will be applicable to all orders under INR 500.
Delivery Estimates: The estimated delivery time for your order will depend on the shipping method chosen and the destination. Standard delivery typically takes [3-7 business days] for domestic orders. Expedited shipping options are available for an additional cost.

Shipping to P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO Addresses

P.O. Boxes: We do ship to P.O. Box addresses.
APO/FPO Addresses: We do ship to APO/FPO addresses. Delivery times may be longer than estimated due to military handling.

Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking

Shipment Confirmation: You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s).
Order Tracking: The tracking number will be active within 24 hours. You can track your order through the carrier’s website or directly through the link provided in the email.

International Shipping

Availability: We currently do not offer international shipping. Orders are only shipped within [Your Country/Region].
Customs, Duties, and Taxes: MiniiAdults is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Delays and Issues

Shipping Delays: Occasionally, there may be delays due to high order volume or postal service problems that are outside of our control. We will do our best to inform you of any significant delays.
Lost or Damaged Packages:
If the order is cancelled, lost or un-delivered to your preferred location, we will refund the complete order amount including any shipping charges, if paid online.

Return Product

If you return an order delivered to you, order shipping charges will not be refunded. However, if you self-ship your returns, we will reimburse self-shipment charges based on Miniklub’s Returns Policy. For accounts whose return behaviour violate our fair usage policy, a delivery charge of INR 149 will be levied on all orders, irrespective of order value.

There are two ways to return the product to us:

Pick up: In most locations, we offer a free pick up service. You will see a pickup option for your PIN code when you submit a return request.

Self-Ship: If we don’t offer a pick up at your PIN code, in such cases, we will credit the shipping costs into your “Minii Adults Wallet” account, if the product meets the return policy and you have shared scan copy of the courier receipt with us.

*Order value is calculated after applying discounts/VAT or any other applicable charges.

Address Changes

Changes: If you need to change the shipping address for your order, please contact us as soon as possible at [contact email]. We will do our best to update the address before the order is shipped.
Responsibility: We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. Please double-check your shipping information before finalizing your order.
