If you do not see a COD option on your payment page, this may be due to one of the following reasons:

  • Your order value may be less than INR 99 or over INR 2,000
  • Our courier partners may not support the Cash on Delivery option for your pincode.
  • You may have placed another order using the COD option which is pending delivery. If the amount of this order when added to your current order exceeds INR 2,000, then the COD option will be disabled temporarily.

Return Information

We charge an INR 200 fee for reverse shipment (both to and fro) at the time of exchange for all serviceable pincodes.

Yes, Cash on Delivery (COD) is available for orders below INR 2000 across all serviceable pincodes.

Once your replacement request is placed, the reverse pickup will be scheduled within 2-3 working days. After the product reaches our warehouse in 7-10 days for a quality check, we will initiate the exchange within 3 working days if it meets our standards. However, in case of COD purchase, we don’t refund to bank account, instead of that we will credit the amount to “Minii Adults Wallet” and you can use that on next purchase in checkout page.

When we initiate a cancellation, customer is provided goodwill coupon as a token of apology. To use your coupon, you will have to continue shopping with us on Website/M-site. In case, you don’t have access to the Website/M-site currently, don’t worry, your coupons are safe with us. Whenever you have the access in future, you will be able to use the coupon (unless it has not expired).

If the size you require is unavailable during the exchange process, we suggest referring to our size chart before placing your initial order and starting the exchange. If the desired size is not available in the same item, we recommend considering an exchange for a different color or another article. Please note that courier charges for both sending and returning the product will apply and will be deducted during the exchange process. If the exchanged article has a lower value, the remaining amount will be credited to your wallet.
